Great storage pan for high heat holding. we use this for holding soups at 150 degree or more. No discoloration or bubbling after one month of use.

We prefer Cambro lids over Carlisle lids. Cambro seems to hold up better for the heavy, every day usage it goes through. When we need more we will get these again.

These high heat lids are absolutely amazing. I use them on all my 1/6 pans for my heat well. Ive had lids and pans in the past warp and deform due to the high heat i keep my well at. But, since ive bought these ive never been happier. Great lids, great price
