These 4 quart containers are the perfect size to hold a full 5lb bag of flour. 4 lbs of red lentils gets them about half-full. Be aware that you have to buy the lids separately, and they don't have a gasket, so it will not be air-water tight.

Cambro products might appear a little pricy but it is a great investment to any restaurant who needs clean/clear organisation of their fridge and storages. The graduations stay clear even after many uses and washes

Solid and simple design. I purchased to store dry goods in home pantry. Pleased to purchase Cambro: made in the USA! I notice details. That said, my only negative observation is that each of these 4 qt. containers' printed gradation is distorted. I think it must be a fluke; and snuck by quality control?

These are our go-to for liquids due to their ease of pouring. Functionally we only get about 6 quarts out of them due to overflow concerns. If you are going to use them for dry goods, you'll get the full size.

The 12-quart Cambros are hands down our favorites! For whatever the reason this size never suffers chips or cracks unlike the larger Cambros. And despite what you store inside it never stains or holds colors/tastes.
Good but be careful matching with the correct lid. I have lots of mismatches.
