Great looking risers - wood finish is beautiful and the coating on it makes it east to clean and wipe down. This particular height is excellent for drink dispensers. These are also great for displaying single serving food items, desserts on a plate, and creating levels on a two-sided buffet line. If you're going to get these, you should get all the sizes and shapes to play around and create levels on your food stations. Note: These risers have an opening on the bottom so you can't necessarily turn them on their side, unless they are against a wall. You can however turn the riser upside down and fill it with utensil roll ups or anything else you please!
