Designed specifically for use with a Cold Concept 23 1/2" x 6 1/2" x 1 1/2" aluminum platter (sold separately), this wood frame makes it easy to keep chilled fruit, decadent desserts, and cold appetizers on display for up to 3 hours. Simply place the included cold pack in the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours prior to use and you're good-to-go!
