Happy I did not purchase the original 5k collection in my cart. Pictures of the Madeira line look nice and rustic. In person it’s a laminated wood box that a friend of yours could recreate only needing the detentions of a water pan. Over 2k spent on chafers online. Do yourself a favor and visit your local restaurant supplier. Learn from my mistake…. Over 10k spent, no value, no deal.

The Madera Collection is the most beautiful wood catering equipment out there! This chafer in particular is great because it has a side loading fuel can tray that pulls out completely, allowing for insert and cleaning. We like the use the chafer without the lid (as shown in photo) making it great for two-sided buffet lines. The wood base has a nice finish and is easy to wipe down clean.
