Perfect look I was going for, great creations with this infuser. I have bought about 3 different models with different bases now and they all work great. Hand wash, never through a dishwasher is my advice.

Frequently Asked Questions From Customers
Can I fill the infusion chamber with ice to cool my beverages?
The infusion chamber is designed specifically to be filled with fresh fruit, herbs, and other flavorful ingredients. It is not designed to be filled with ice.
Can I serve hot beverages in this dispenser?
This uninsulated beverage dispenser is not designed for use with hot beverages.
What is the best way to clean and care for my wooden item?
All wood products should be hand washed. The heat and chemicals of a dishwasher are harmful to wood’s naturally porous texture. If your product begins to show signs of wear, its finish can be restored with a food-safe wood conditioner. First, clean and dry the wood. Then, apply the wood conditioner with a soft cloth or paper towel. Once the conditioner has soaked into the item, buff off any excess with a clean cloth. Having excess conditioner on a wood board will make it feel sticky or oily.
What's the best way to clean my acrylic product?
Always make sure to wash this before first use. To clean and maintain your acrylic item, you'll need two non-abrasive cloths, a non-abrasive cleaner, and water. For light dust and debris, simply dampen the first cloth and wipe off the item's surface. For dirtier items, apply the cleaner to the surface and wipe until the dirt is removed. Use the second clean cloth to buff away any streaks.
Will this item look exactly like the item pictured?
This item is either made of wood or designed to mimic the look of natural wood. Due to the natural differences in wood, no two items will look exactly the same. Each item is designed from, or to look like, the same type of wood, but each will have its own unique appearance and woodgrain.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT, IT LOOKS GREAT AND IT IS VERY EASY TO CLEAN AND MOVE AROUND. THE ICE IN THE MIDDLE DOESN'T LET THE JUICE GET WATERED DOWN.
