Had never used this product before and I am so happy that I did! Used it when cooking a chicken and OMG it was one of the best roasted chickens I have ever had! Great taste and such a moist chicken!

This injection is amazing! We use the product for our Cajun Fried Turkeys. We sell a ton of these throughout the year, holidays etc. Love it!

Perhaps I would rate this product higher if I used it as an injectable as opposed to using it as a marinade. After marinating chicken for over 24 hours, I found it to be far less effective than if I had just used hot sauce and butter. I would not buy this again.

Originally from Louisiana , I know a good quality Cajun seasoning. This is superb for coming out of a jar. I find it almost as good as back home. If you like Cajun definitely try this out on all your meats.

I have used many brands of injectors but never Cajun Injector. I have heard great things over the years but never found any locally. Finally gave it a try for a monthly meeting for a organization I belong to that we rotate cooking months. The smell was good and consistency was good to work with. I will use this again next time I have a major event to roast pork butt.

This Cajun Injector sixteen ounce hot and spicy butter marinade seasoning is a must order every time. I added this to my ground beef burgers and what an improvement on the flavor of the juiciness. The savory spiciness is almost indescribably good. There is a subtle pepper note that transcends to sweet and salty butter and the aroma follows. I will order this again for sure and probably use rapid reorder, which is very convenient.

This is a great flavor for fish and chicken. It provides a nice but not overpowering spicy and hot pepper flavor similar to that of wing sauce.

Because of our family being spread out across the country our holidays are scattered we had cousins in this week end from out of state. So the first of many Thanksgiving dinners' was today. The turkey was not brined the day before so all depended on this marinade. Let me tell you after six hours or slow roasting this turkey was as moist as any roast beef dinner nothing dry and the buttery taste was excellent I purchased two bottles and inject the bird every hour. great product will buy more and all our guests have requested your site to purchase their own.
