Expand your foodservice operation with this Cadco half size proofer for XAFT series convection ovens. This proofer is designed to hold up to 8 half size sheet pans (sold separately). It features an adjustable temperature range of 90-122 degrees Fahrenheit, making it perfect for proofing dough and keeping your food items at safe holding temperatures. This unit requires a water supply and a water filter (sold separately) for proper use.
This proofer is not for stand-alone use, and it can only be used when stacked in a modular configuration with select XAFT series convection ovens. It requires a 208-240V electrical connection for use, but it is controlled through the oven's control panel. This unit features adjustable legs that ensure stable use. Proof dough for fresh bread, rolls, and pastries with this convenient half size proofer!
