Plates arrived in a timely manner. However, three of the plates were broken out of the packaging. We took pics and the amount was credited to our account instantly. My only other complaint was the consistency of the porcelain finish. The plates had many irregularities in the finish. I do love the style and size of the plates for dinner entrees. Just wish the plates didn't have any flaws in them
