Because the maple syrup that was used to make this sugar was extracted from a 600 acre tree farm in the hillsides of Vermont, it's a completely natural and healthier sweetener that runs with the flavor profile of its terroir. Maple sugar is perfect for your favorite baking recipes, such as cookies, muffins, cakes, and quick breads.
