This is an excellent tasting maple syrup! As always, a great value through Webstaurantstore. We used it to make maple flavored soft serve ice cream and it turned out really well.

This the best the tasting syrup imaginable. I put this on sweet potatoes, use it as a sweetener in sauces, use it to sweeten my alcohol beverages like whiskey. I would always buy maple syrup from now on to sweeten my food.

This maple syrup has a light color, and a very clean flavor. We use this for topping fruit, yogurt, and breakfast foods instead of cooking with it. The favor is distinctly maple with no bitter notes like some of the darker types of maple syrup. Vermont makes the best maple syrup!

Nice dark color, we keep it in FIFO containers and it's easy to squeeze out, and it doesn't leak by itself

We need a lot of maple syrup to make our special inhouse granola mix. This maple syrup is affordable and it provides a delicious light maple flavor to our custom granola. It is so much better to buy maple syrup by the gallon and this is excellent yet inexpensive.

Processor grade maple syrup may not typically be recommended for table use, but if this is a good representative sample of the product, I would definitely recommend it for general use. It's assertive for sure, but I don't detect any bitterness nor any molasses-like harshness. I'm not sure why almost all the maple syrup producers caution that the extra dark is too strong for general use. To me, it's just right, whether for baking or table use.

The entire Butternut Mountain Farm land of vermont maple syrups are absolutely delicious! Highly recommend getting them. You get that pure robust maple flavor and it really comes through nicely in drinks and also in baked goods and with our fried fresh toast sticks as well. Definitely recommend for your small business needs. The 1 gallon is the perfect size for what we need.
We have a coffee shop and this maple syrup was super easy to pump into drinks. It tastes amazing and is easy to use. The jar is also super sturdy. I wouldent switch back to our old syrup.
This syrup is superb! We use it in pastries and sauces for paninis. It has a very pure yet strong flavor. Our favorite use is in our Maple,Bacon, thyme Galette.

Great tasting alternative to some of the other brand names! It has a consistency/thickness that is juts right! It is a bit tough to pour from the large gallon jug. You have to be careful not to spill!
