Great gets the job done very quick

Grinder stopped working after less than a couple months of light use. Bunn handled it correctly and promptly by attempting a repair but ultimately sent me a new grinder. Maybe look into other models over this one.

Super fast and reliable grinder!

its a mess. any time I use it makes the grinds go all over and you have to clean it every time. and it made me lose money bc coffee grinds go garbage.. go buy different product for grinder .

Solid piece of equipment. Daily use for 3 years now.

We have been using this grinder in our coffee shop for a year and half now, it serves our purposes nicely. We have a medium/dark roast on one side, and a single origin light roast on the other. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that our Bunn Gourmet basket does not fit underneat and slide in, but the coffee filter does fit underneath. Works great and the grind is adjustable.

I’m not sure what shocks me more. The build quality and defective coffee grinder out of the box, or Webstaurant’s unwillingness to help. And I purchased the extended warranty. and I have to wait a week for a service guy? I’m just blown away. Didn’t even want a credit. Just wanted a replacement. We only spent 100K with webstaurant in 2022.

Very easy to control the grind size and volume. Not too loud. Works perfectly for our Bunn VPR-APS pourover brewer. Just what I needed. Great buy! Would definitely recommend!

This is a fantastic grinder. We drink more coffee than your average household. In 2019 our plastic consumer coffee maker gave up. We replaced it with a Bunn VP17. This year the plastic consumer grinder gave up after near commercial levels of use. Enter the LPG. It was 10X the price of the plastic consumer grinder, but it's 10X the grinder. This grinder perfectly compliments the VP17. The Bunn stainless steel funnel slides into springy rails, and the grind chamber discharges directly into the coffee filter. 15 seconds after pushing the start button, I have perfectly ground coffee in the filter, ready to brew. The grounds are very consistently sized and portioned, which has made the flavor of the end product MUCH more consistent. Bottom line...If you have a Bunn 64 oz pourover, this is the grinder for you.

The first grinder we had died, so we decided to purchase this model. It's perfect for small spaces, easy to clean, and not too loud. We would buy again.

This grinder has been one of the best investments to improve coffee sales. Customers literally come in the mornings just for the coffee and have stated that its one of the best coffees they have ever had. Highly recommend using with crown beverages coffee beans.

Large unit and unnecessary to have so many beans ready to grind throughout entire day. Quality of brewed coffee goes down if unit isn't cleaned daily. We found that it was more efficient to have a smaller grinder at our restaurant/coffee shop so we had fresh coffee as needed.

We supply coffee to the local university's athletic dept but needed to ensure that the coffee they made for themselves was going to be to the same standards we hold for our coffee. This unit allows me to set the grind and qty for two different beans. Its fantastic! And we have not had a service call from the facility (which uses 3 of these several times a day) in 2 years. They just work, and work well. (NOTE: some larger fewer funnels wont fit.)

Purchased this item for home use. We do our own roasting and a "fill up" lasts about a month. We experimented with other makes of grinders (Kitchen Aid works well), but we really wouldn't want to be without this machine. We don't put it nearly through the work out as in a business so we're sure it will last indefinitely.

I dunno. The grinder itself is good but I recommend putting some feet on the grinder. If you move it the hopper plastic is very sensitive and will crack on you. Replaced it, but satisfied so far.

We use this grinder in our medium sized restaurant. It is the perfect size for us and performs flawlessly every single time. Well worth the money. And saves us a ton of money since we grind our own coffee. Plus you cant beat the flavor of fresh ground coffee beans.

We use this coffee grinder in our office. We sure are going through more coffee but everyone loves it. We had a small handheld grinder and struggled for a long time. This grinder has boosted our moral and is worth every penny!!

This is a great grinder that is low profile and fits under a kitchen cabinet. This grinder will hold 2 types of coffee beans, and will grind 2 different volumes for each. The grinder is fairly loud when operating, but I'm very pleased with it so far.
