EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! This was supposed to be a plastic tray with liner that fit underneath the airpot. It is so small it will barely fit underneath a single cup. TOTALLY WAS NOT WORTH THE COST and now can not return without having to pay to restock it. I will not be ordering from you again. I am a business and your descriptions are vague at best and not helpful. I get better descriptions from Amazon.com!

Thank you for your feedback, Marsha! We would like to gather more information about your experience with this drip tray. A Customer Solutions Representative will contact you soon.

Definitely a need. Get the sponges that go inside and you’ll keep your countertops drip free.
