very easy to use machine. simple to install as well. we had the same person who was setting up our espresso machine hook it up in 2 minutes (without paying fee for the installing package thats suggested at the check out). the metal net that goes over the plastic box to hold the extra drops of water is a bit hard to remove without nails or without taking the box and tipping it over for the metal sheet to fall out. other than that, the machine hold the temperature good and works well.
The best hot water dispenser invented! It fits perfectly on my food truck's counter and is very fast with heating water. No hassle at all!
