The height of the horizontal heating element easily adjusts to move closely to the surface of your cheese to result in uninform melting. This unit's stainless steel heating cases and coated steel construction give it exceptional durability, while also making it easy to clean.
Designed to hold a 1/2 round of cheese, this unit is big enough to serve a group of 6 to 8 individuals, but small enough to fit perfectly at any buffet station or small dining table. This unit also includes a double-sided raclette knife to scrape off melted cheese and cut off remaining crust. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection.
