This fan provides excellent ventilation, heating, and lighting all in one unit, covering up to an impressive 75 sq. ft. It operates at low noise levels of just 1.5 sones, helping to maintain a quiet environment in your facility. It includes a snap-in, light-diffusing lens and dimmable, color-adjustable CCT LED lighting that allows you to choose from warm white, bright white, and daylight color options. This unit's rugged, galvanized steel construction resists corrosion and stands up to moisture, while the bright white polymer grille cover and low-profile design add a sleek, modern touch that's sure to blend into any setting.
This unit delivers up to 80 CFM, making it ideal for medium or large bathrooms. The ventilator and heater feature open-ventilated, direct drive AC motors that are permanently lubricated for smooth, long-lasting use. The ventilator features anti-vibration mounts and a high-performance blower wheel to ensure quiet, efficient operation. This model uses 12 amps of power and features a 4" polymer duct fitting with a built-in damper to prevent cold and warm air backdrafts. The 1,300W heater includes a metal blower wheel for consistent, even heating.
For easy operation, the fan, heater, and light are independently controlled (dimmer switch sold separately). This unit includes adjustable mounting brackets for flexible installation. It's designed for installation in ceilings up to 12/12 pitch and is suitable for use in insulated ceilings. It can even fit in a 2" x 6" ceiling construction for enhanced versatility.
