It's designed to fit on your 49, 64, or 83 liter Dual HydroPro tank. This lid allows you to still keep your Dual HydroPro or HydroPro Plus immersion circulators (sold separately) mounted to the side, but it seals in the rest of the open space on the top part of the tank.
Made from durable polycarbonate material, the lid is sure to provide reliable and long-lasting use for your commercial establishment. Plus, since it's clear it offers optimal product visibility so you and your staff can quickly see what's being cooked at a glance. When you're finished using it, this lid is also easy to clean and maintain for future usage.
