TARO MILK TEA (24 fl. oz.)
200 mL hot water or hot tea
4 tbsp. Bossen taro powder
2 tbsp. non-dairy creamer
0.5 fl. oz. liquid fructose or simple syrup
Combine all ingredients into a 24 oz. shaker or cup and stir thoroughly to dissolve powder. Top off shaker or cup with ice and shake. Add in your favorite bubble tea toppings & serve!

color wise, it looks great but it lack of the taro flavor, cannot really use this one for the milk tea since the customer already used to the stronger mix

I use this powder to make my Taro flavored chocolate bombs!! This has been a hot seller ?? among with other asian/boba style flavors. People love the flavor and color! Its great both hot and cold. Will be ordering again!
This Taro powder is creamy and nutty but lack the strong smell of taro, therefore making it bland for customers that are use to the strong rich purple taro taste. To bring out the taste we have to use a lots more powder and sugar to balance everything out, would recommend if just for occasionaly use but not for everyday selling to customers.

This Taro powder tastes delightful! It was purchased to make some bubble tea at home, and tastes just like the store variety! I've found that it takes a little more product to get a similar flavor than is suggested on the bag, but that it dissolves readily in warm water or milk. It certainly paired excellently with the boba we had prepared, and even worked splendidly when preparing smoothies.
