We absolutely love the Big Train brand powders, but they can tend to get expensive and do not carry banana. While I was at first hesitant to try the banana flavor I was pleasantly surprised. When you open the bag it smells just like a banana Laffy Taffy. The taste isn't overpowering but not so subtle that you don't know the taste of banana.

This mix smells so good. It does taste and smell like banana. I would defently recommend and will continue to use. When I make any of these I always double the recipe I have found is best.
Although I'm not the biggest fan of artificially flavored banana flavoring, it tastes great. Tends to be most popular among children at my cafe. My only issue is that I can't order it in a case.
