While green tea is only lightly oxidized and black tea is fully oxidized, oolong tea is partially oxidized during processing, giving it characteristics similar to both green and black tea. This oolong green tea is lightly oxidized, striking a perfect balance between delicate green tea and more robust oolong flavor. When steeped, these tea leaves produce a caffeinated tea with a light golden brown color. This flavorful tea can be used to create a variety of beverages, making it perfect for diversifying your establishment's drink menu!

The loose leaf format of this product allows you to brew the freshest, most flavorful teas for your customers to enjoy! To use, heat 70 fl. oz. of water in a pot until it reaches 208 degrees Fahrenheit. Turn off the heat and add 50 grams of tea leaves to the pot, ensuring that each leaf is thoroughly soaked in water. Cover the pot and allow the leaves to steep for 20 minutes. Filter out the tea leaves with a cloth or mesh, then allow to cool to 150 degrees Fahrenheit before serving or transferring to a tea warmer. To make tea extract that's perfect for crafting milk teas or stronger tea beverages, use 50 grams of tea leaves per 50 fl. oz. of water. This bulk supply of tea leaves is sure to keep your establishment in good supply! Each bag of tea will yield approximately (50) 16 fl. oz. servings of hot or iced tea, depending on the strength you brew your tea. For freshness, it's recommended to serve this tea within 4 hours of preparing.

7 fl. oz. prepared Bossen oolong green tea (brewed with 1 gram of tea leaves per 1 fl. oz. of water)
4 tbsp. Bossen non-dairy creamer
1 fl. oz. Bossen fructose or cane sugar syrup or 1.5 fl. oz. Bossen golden cane sugar syrup

Combine tea, non-dairy creamer, and fructose / golden cane sugar syrup in a 24 oz. shaker cup and stir thoroughly. Top off shaker or cup with ice and shake. Add in your favorite bubble tea toppings & serve!
