For cold dishes, this tureen cover's inner cast aluminum body provides superior cold conduction, especially when the tureen is set in an iced tray or salad bar. This tureen cover is virtually unbreakable, making it ideal for catering purposes.

It's 100% food safe and is safe for use from -20 degrees to 185 degrees Fahrenheit. For peace of mind, it comes with a lifetime body guarantee, insuring your purchase against breakage.
