Red Mills has always been a favorite brand of mine. When I got this the package was fully intact had the best coconut flakes inside. We use it In our granola. I get these coconut flakes over other ones because there’s really no additive ingredients, and the cut of the coconut flakes it’s not shredded but rather than actual flakes. If you need coconut flakes specially when baking I would definitely recommend these these have a tendency to not burn as fast as others.
