This is one of our guests favorite Bob's Red Mill Oatmeal flavor.! We appreciate the ingredients and having a healthier option available to our guests. Our only compliant is that the product no longer comes with a lid therefore our guests cannot order this item "to go".

We were so excited to switch to these last year, but they unfortunately stopped supplying lids. We've tried several different soup lids and drink lids, none worked. I've reached out to Bob's Red Mill a few times to see if we can order them separately. At this point, we need to move to a different product or discontinue this all together. Most of our customers are on-the-go and need these covered. We've had a few spills, and I'm concerned about injuries with our customers and our staff. Other than this major issue, the product itself is amazing!

Really like these Oatmeal cups, super convenient, but very disappointed that they have modified the packaging to no longer include a solid lid. Selling these to customers is ver difficult when ordering to-go since they don't have the lid for take-out. Flavor is great!

Disappointed in condition when delivered. Most of the cups were smashed and some even with the lids torn.

Bobs oatmeals are some of our favorites! Flavor & consistency are wonderful, but they have stopped using lids, opting instead for a plastic flap. While this might keep costs lower, it can be a hassle if you are serving it as an “on the go” option.

Great product, quality ingredients! I know I can count on Bob's Red Mill. Super disappointed in the revised packaging. We are a drive through coffee shop. This no lid thing not only make serving customers hard but also dangerous. Very disappointed.
