When I saw the 1 star review here I needed to leave a 5 star review! I just bought a second Blendtec SNBS2C2901-B1K for our shop. The previous reviewer mentioned cups breaking and yes, this uses a lot of force to blend your drink or smoothie! It does a perfect job of that too. You can’t use cheap cups with it, only Solo cups. The speed, zero waste and ease is COMPLETELY worth having to buy better plastic cups. Honestly I couldn’t imagine doing all of our blended drinks in a jar container ever again. We also have the micronizers for making cold foam. Don’t hesitate to buy this blender.

If I could give a zero star review I would. It’s a terrible product. It splits the cups, blows up, leaks, and generally doesn’t work. Stick with the regular blender jars. Oh and the dimensions do not fit the regular blender jars it’s smaller at the base so you’re forced to buy all new jars.
