This slicer provides 1/2 hp at 280 RPM and a razor-sharp 13" hard alloy blade so that you can quickly slice up your own meats for your signature sandwiches, pizzas, and appetizers. Chromium-coated with 60-62 Rockwell hardness at the edge, this blade is the hardest, thinnest, largest, and straightest blade in the industry. Whether you own a deli, grocery store, or butcher shop, this slicer is the perfect solution for all of your heavy-duty slicing needs. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
