For the price, it is an amazing product. We use it to deep clean under a restaurant line where dry food gets throughout the week or small messes. It is a bit loud, but otherwise works great!

The suction is great, but the attachments fall off very easily. I use it for carpeted stairs (low dense carpet, not high or plushy by any means) & occasionally concrete basement floor to pick up sand & lint. floor attachment stays connected but the two tube pieces do not like to stay together. haven't needed the other attachments but i am scared that when i use them they won't stay on the tube piece & then my carpet/ floor attachment will never stay on after it's taken off. if i didn't need to take it apart to transport it i would duct tape all the pieces together honestly.

The cord is very short. Not exactly sure how this is considered a commercial vacuum. I hope you have a small building or a building with outlets every couple of feet. Their restocking fee is ridiculous.
