Easily handle palletized loads with this Bishamon 24" x 48 1/2" self-leveling pallet positioner EZ X LOADER. This convenient tool works to progressively raise and lower pallets for easy loading and unloading, resulting in reduced employee fatigue and injury. It features a heavy-duty construction with a durable powder coated finish for superior performance and long-lasting protection. The unit has a self-leveling capacity of 400 to 2,600 lb. and a maximum load capacity of 4,000 lb. to help you efficiently lift large loads.
This unit includes a 43" diameter carousel with a ball bearing center to easily turn the pallet and reduce reaching or stretching. A self-contained, captive air system offers more controlled lowering and raising of the platform compared to mechanical spring-operated units, while the self-leveling mechanism effortlessly positions pallets at an ergonomic working height. For enhanced safety, the unit has a finger guard to eliminate pinch points and a pressure relief valve to prevent excess pressure buildup.
