Easily transport and lift pallets with this Big Joe straddle stacker! This straddle stacker is ideal for general material handling, stacking, and work positioning in tight areas. It operates using a high-efficiency drive motor to run at speeds of up to 3.1 MPH when empty and up to 2.5 MPH when loaded. When loaded, it also lifts at a rate of up to 20 FPM and lowers at a rate of 21 FPM. Its durable design supports loads up of to 2,200 lb. With infinitely variable-speed operation, it allows for tight turning in close quarters. It boasts a maximum lift height of up to 62".

This unit boasts an ergonomic operator handle with travel, lift, and lower functions. It features intuitive thumb controls for safe, accurate operation. Plus, all of its controls are accessible without having to lift your hand from the handle. Angle grips provide easy operation with either hand, while the low-mounted tiller arm ensures operator comfort with minimal steering effort. This handle also includes a wrap-around guard, reversing switch, thumb control, and horn. Its offset steering arm provides an optimal line of sight for operators and allows for right-angle stacking in aisles as narrow as 60".

This unit has a non-telescoping, single-stage mast with a single lifting chain and adjustable mast rollers. Its adjustable straddle legs adjust from 44" to 56" to accommodate different pallet sizes. The interior of the straddle legs can be set from 38" to 50" in 4" increments. This stacker rides on (1) 8 5/16" polyurethane drive tire, (1) 4" polyurethane stability caster, and (2) 4" polyurethane tandem load wheels. An electromagnetic brake provides easy parking, while the emergency power disconnect shuts down the truck in an emergency.

This unit is battery-operated using (2) 12V, 8.5 Ah maintenance-free batteries and a 110V plug-in charger. A battery discharge indicator on the handle clearly shows when the battery is low. This unit boasts an all-steel construction with a welded, rigid steel chassis, and it has a chrome-plated lift cylinder for smooth operation and long-lasting use. Its removable, 1-piece power head cover allows for easy maintenance. This stacker is OSHA compliant for safe use.
