Thanks to the 2-in-1 design, your staff not only has a durable worktop to prep food, but they have convenient access to cold food product for added efficiency. Made of a heavy-duty stainless steel front, sides, top, and drawers and a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior, this unit is durable for frequent use in your commercial kitchen.
The unit's 4 drawers accommodate 6" deep food pans (sold separately) and feature snap-in gaskets to reduce temperature loss. Telescoping drawer slides provide ample drawer support as well, while a locking mechanism prevents the drawers from accidentally being pulled out from the cabinet.
This 60" worktop refrigerator consistently maintains temperatures between 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit which can be monitored with a full electronic control. The powerful 1/5 hp compressor circulates eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant, which has an ozone depletion (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3 making it an environmentally responsible choice for your business.
Featuring four 6" casters, this refrigerator is easy to move for cleaning and maintenance. Two of these casters include brakes, steadying the unit for safe use. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
