This Beverage Air SPED60HC-24M-2 60" mega top refrigerated salad / sandwich prep table features extra depth to accommodate additional ingredient pans. All of your customers' favorite toppings will be within reach and the refrigeration system will keep them cooled to the correct temperature. The long cutting board provides plenty of room for you to assemble salads and sandwiches, while 2 drawers provide even more space for food pans.

Includes Food Pans
Your mega top unit provides plenty of room to store sandwich or salad ingredients. It comes with (12) 1/6 size, (2) 1/2 size, and (1) full size food pans. The food pan layout can also hold 1/9 size food pans with additional adapter bars (sold separately).
2 Drawer Design
The top and bottom drawers hold 6" deep food pans (sold separately). Next to the drawers, the door section provides additional storage space for backup toppings and ingredients, and comes with two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves.
Refrigerated Cabinet
The 1/3 hp compressor circulates environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant to maintain food safe holding temperatures inside the cabinet.
Self-Closing Door
This unit boasts a self-closing door to keep the cold air inside. A 120 degree stay-open feature allows for easier loading and unloading of product.
Locking Adapter Bars
To support your food pans, this unit comes with locking adapter bars that fit securely into place so that you don't have to worry about sliding.
Superior Insulation
To ensure temperature retention and optimal energy efficiency, the cabinet features CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The top rail lid is also insulated, so your ingredients can remain fresh when the table is not in use.

Does Beverage-Air warrant this item for use in a food truck?

I haven’t heard of R-290, R-600a, R-513a, or R-448A refrigerant before. What is it?
R-290 (also known as high purity propane or CARE 40) and R-600a (also known as refrigerant grade Isobutane or CARE 10) are hydrocarbon refrigerants. R513a (also known as Opteon XP10) and R-448A (also known as Solstice N40) are HFO (hydrofluoroolefin) refrigerants. They are being used by some manufacturers in response to the EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) Program.
What does the “H” or “HC” mean in the newer Beverage-Air model numbers?
This is a representation that the unit is using a “Hydrocarbon” refrigerant. This would include both R290 and R600a refrigerants. They are being used as an eco-friendly refrigerant by Beverage-Air in response to the EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) Program. What kinds of pans can I use in my refrigerated prep table?
While various configurations combining traditional 1/3 size, 1/6 size, and other food pan sizes are possible, it's important to refer to your equipment's Specification Sheet and/or Owner's Manual to see what pan sizes and configurations are recommended. Certain accessories may be needed in order to use pans of a different size than what is recommended. It is also important to note that mixing and matching pans from different manufacturers may result in the pans not fitting properly.

This cooler is nice addition to our deli. I like that it digitally shows the temperature of the cooler on the outside. The only downfall is that it does not include drawer compartments and the metal dividers easily come loose. So we don't use the drawers. But its fine as an extra prep table.
