This Beverage-Air PRD3HC-1BG 78" stainless steel glass door pass-through refrigerator is the perfect solution to cold storage in your restaurant kitchen, bakery, or other commercial food preparation area. To withstand heavy-use in a commercial environment, the exterior front and sides feature a stainless steel construction, with a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior. It's also fortified with foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation for structural integrity and superior temperature retention. The pass-through design makes it perfect for placing between prep areas for dual-access. Load product from one side, and remove it for continued prep or service from the other side.

This unit features 6 glass doors with door locks for extra food safety and security. If you are taking several loads to or from this unit, you can override the self-closing system by opening the doors 120 degrees so that they stay open until you manually close them. Plus, since the doors are glass, it's easy to locate ingredients without letting out cold air.

Inside, the refrigerator provides 73.99 cu. ft. of cold storage space and has 9 heavy-duty epoxy coated wire shelves for safe, sanitary storage. Each shelf comes with four shelf clips that must be field installed. Each shelf is also adjustable in 1/2" increments, making it easy to configure the shelves to best suit your products.
