Versatile Interior

For easy product retrieval, LED lighting illuminates the interior and the doors have a 120-degree stay-open feature. This makes it easy to load and unload the freezer, even with your hands full! Magnetic gaskets ensure proper closure to prevent energy loss. To maximize use of its spacious interior, this freezer comes with six epoxy-coated wire shelves. 115V electrical connection is required for operation.

Does Beverage-Air warrant this item for use in a food truck?
This item is covered under Beverage-Air's warranty contingent upon the unit being kept in a controlled climate. This means that the interior of the food truck may not be susceptible to extreme high or low temperatures. If warranty service is required, the truck must be able to sit stationary for 24-48 hours to allow for a technician to service the equipment.
If your unit has pre-installed casters, it may be secured directly to the pallet for safe transport. To remove it safely, tilt the unit slightly to one side and use a wrench or socket set to loosen the bolts attaching it to the pallet. In some cases, you may need to pry up a pallet plank with a hammer to access the bolts or to release casters nested within the pallet base. If you are unsure or need assistance, we recommend contacting a local moving or equipment installation service for help.
R-290 (also known as high purity propane or CARE 40) and R-600a (also known as refrigerant grade Isobutane or CARE 10) are hydrocarbon refrigerants. R513a (also known as Opteon XP10) and R-448A (also known as Solstice N40) are HFO (hydrofluoroolefin) refrigerants. They are being used by some manufacturers in response to the EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) Program.

Amazing freezer. This freezer is an upgrade from a smaller chest freezer we used at the restaurant--what an improvement! One complaint--the optional pan slide sets in the "you may also need" section below the listing do not fit this freezer.
