The Beverage-Air 00C23-032A double overshelf attaches easily to your SPE60 series refrigerated prep table table, providing additional space for storage in your busy kitchen or prep area! With it, you can keep boxes of gloves, labels, kitchen timers, spices and more close at hand. An organized kitchen leads to an efficient kitchen and this overshelf brings you one step closer to being more efficient and, in turn, more profitable.
This overshelf is designed for use on prep tables that use the standard pan rail hood. It will not work with prep tables using night covers or removable panels in place of the hood. It features an open-back design.

It is a well built shelf. It does take some work to install, as Bev-Air doesn't have the closest tolerances. Some drilling may be required to get the door on top of the prep fridge to still swing.
