Whether you want to sell piping hot pizza or soft pretzels, this Benchmark USA 51018 display warmer is guaranteed to keep your product looking and tasting delicious! This unit comes with a 5-tier 18" pizza rack and a 3-tier pretzel rack, as well as "Fresh & Delicious" graphics that allow you to effectively merchandise either of them. A great addition to concession stands, snack bars, arenas, and stadiums, this warmer illuminates product with a 50W bulb (sold separately) and rotates the rack for even greater eye-catching merchandising effect. This rotation is stopped when a door is opened for easy loading and serving, while a door on each side allows this unit to be used as a full service machine on a rear counter or a self service machine on a front counter.
Individual toggles allow you to power the machine's light, motor, and heat, while an adjustable thermostat allows you to precisely set the temperature. A water reservoir is also included in the bottom of the unit that allows you to add humidity to the cabinet so the pizza and pretzels don't dry out. The stainless steel body is extremely durable and simple to clean, while select components can even be cleaned in a dishwasher to further help expedite cleaning. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.

I am very happy with this new machine. Our old machine was just a display box with a light bulb for heat and so far this seems to be working great. It is keeping them warm and they don't get hard. I am still heating them up before putting them in the box, but I'm going to try putting them in cold and see what happens.

Not worth the money. Temperature gauge sticks. Door hinge broke. Heating element fried. All in under 6 months.

The first one burnt out after a month. They sent me a replacement. The second ones lights kept burning out, so I replaced the sockets. The switches burnt out and needed to replaced. They are not a standard size and I needed to grind out the panel cutouts slightly. the wires were not crimped properly. Now the motor sounds like it is on the fritz. I kept the first bad one for spare parts. It also dries out the pretzels. Very very poorly made product with extra cheep parts. If it was cheaper, I wouldn't hate it so much. For that price, it should work.

This machine is excellent. you can use it for pizzas (pizza attachment is included) or you can remove the pizza plate attachment and use it for pretzels. We used it for pretzels and it worked great. very convenient since the machine keeps the pretzels warm and you don't have to put the product in the oven every time someone orders. the only draw back to this machine is that it is hard to clean up under the initial floor inside. you need to have small hands and thin arms
