Efficiently fry up a variety of cake and yeast-raised donuts with this Belshaw electric flat bottom donut fryer. Adaptable to make almost any size and shape of donut, this fryer's open kettle design allows for rapid heating and energy saving. Plus, the electronic controller keeps temperatures within a narrow band and displays the current temperature and set temperature. This fryer boasts a 24" x 24" frying area that holds up to 36 donuts with a capacity of 90 dozen donuts per hour. With an ample amount of cooking space, heavy-duty elements, and durable stainless steel construction, this fryer is sure to last a long time.

This fryer comes with 2 nickel-plated cake donut fryer screens with bolted-on heat-dissipating handles. This fryer is fully compatible with Belshaw Type B and Type F donut depositors (sold separately). The stainless steel cabinet, kettle, and drain tray are built for ultimate durability and are resistant to rust, and it has a sloping surface around the fryer kettle. Additionally, the drain tray is field reversible for either side.

The heavy-duty elements of this fryer ensure durability and are tiltable upward for easy kettle cleaning. A high-temperature limit switch protects your fryer from overheating to ensure safe operation, and a high-temperature shut-off switch is set to approximately 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The adjustable bolted-down legs ensure stability, and it has a heavy-duty drain and valve exterior handle to empty shortening. This unit requires a 208-240V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation. This unit does not come with a plug and must be installed by a qualified service technician.
