Soft and fine, durum semolina is ideal for pasta as it easily forms the shape with its supple, moldable dough and holds up well during cooking. To prepare, use 4-6 quarts of water per pound of pasta. Bring to a rolling boil and add salt to taste. Add the pasta to the boiling water, stir gently, and return to a boil. For "al dente" pasta, boil uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil for an additional minute. Remove from the heat and drain well. Simply add your preferred ingredients, plate, and serve!

Pasta has a really nice texture and the loops aren't too short to the point where it looks like spegetios. Versatile pasta shape that can be used for anything. They did seem to stick to the bottom of the pan much more than any other noodle I have cooked before but I was able to get them off relatively easy.
