I bought a set of these 6.5" long x 1/4" diameter Barfly straws as I do a lot of family entertaining and am sometimes asked for straws. Not wanting to buy plastic straws OR paper straws, I was pleased to find these stainless steel straws. Although these are only 1/4" diameter, theyre very strong, and I cannot bend them. The smaller diameter makes them ideal for juices, teas, and cocktails---nothing extremely thick like a fruit smoothie or milk shake.
