This powder has the rich and creamy mouthfeel your customers know and love, but it's formulated without lactose. It's a perfect substitute for milk or cream that your lactose-intolerant customers can add to their beverages (though everyone else is sure to enjoy it, too)! Simply mix 2 tbsp. of the fluffy powder into your beverage, stir until dissolved, and serve. You can also mix it into ice cream, cakes, desserts, and frozen yogurts to add a deliciously creamy texture and subtly sweet flavor to all of your favorite desserts.

Suggested Recipe: Vietnamese Coffee
2 cups (6 oz.) dry Vietnamese coffee
1 cup Balchem non-dairy creamer
14 oz. (1 can) condensed milk
4 cups boiling water

Combine condensed milk and non-dairy creamer in a pitcher. Add the Vietnamese coffee to a filter and pour boiling water over to steep. Once coffee is steeped, mix add it to the pitcher with milk and creamer and mix thoroughly to combine. Portion into cups with ice and serve! This recipe yields (7) 16 oz. servings.
