Great lid for the Pullman bread pan, just make sure you need the lid for the 16" x 4" pan! It'll make a perfectly flat top for your bread loaf or keep it humid inside the pan for other baked goods.

This is a must have instead of "optional". It is so nice to have a perfectly square pan to bake in. Our bread baked so much more evenly with the help of this lid.

This is a nice heavy gauge lid that fits the pan quite snug. I would purchase this item again. I don't know who manufactures this item for webstaurantstore but it is good quality.

This sliding cover works beautifully with the 16 inch pullman loaf pan from Webstaurant. I made my first loaf over the weekend and it was wonderful. The lid has a nice lip that allows it to slip over the edge of the pan and close it securely. At first I had a little difficulty getting the cover to slide onto the pan, but with a little force it slipped on. I have taken it on and off the pan a few times now and have had no problem. The lid keeps the dough from expanding over the edge of the pan and gives it a beautiful flat top. Excellent purchase and value.

This fits very well on my 1.5 lb. pullman pan (better going one way than the other, but that's no big deal). I end up with perfect sandwich slices. I wipe with a paper towel to clean--easy as can be!

This is a very good cover for a pullman pan. The lid slides well and doesnt get stuck. The lid is also machine washable and dries fast after washing.

This is the matching cover for the larger Pullman loaf pan. When your bread has finished it's final rise, place the cover on the pan and allow it to rest about 10 more minutes and bake. When you remove the lid and turn out your bread, you will find that it is perfectly square!
