Making Popovers with these pans is fast and easy, keep then hot and use a good release agent, the popovers come out nice and easy, avoid scratching them and banging it to the table for release ( like others more expensive pans out there) they hold the abuse of around 200 pops a day at my place, will keep buying more as our business continue to grow
Popovers were once an intimidating item but made super easy this pan! I made 200 for a mothers day brunch and the non stick held up through several batches. Better price then other retailers!
great price on this popover pan, non stick works very well, i made some supersized popovers that really popped and were very crispy on the outside and tender fluffy on the inside.. very happy with the pan... this is a 6 cup.. and you can make super large ones or mini or even medium size just depending of course on the amount of batter you place inside the popover pan.. preheat it at 450
A really nice, heavy-duty pan. It is not as flimsy as other pans I have seen in stores. They stack perfectly, for more efficient storage.

We had been using muffin tins to make our popovers with mixed results. This pan is allows you to make them as they should look. Non-stick coating makes cleanup a snap.
