A great mini muffin pan! Turns out beautiful muffins every time! With cooking spray, there is no sticking and easy to clean! Has a hefty weight and quality feel.
This is an extremely durable muffin pan. We've been using it for several years and haven't had any issues with warping. It is the same size as a full-sheet pan so it fits perfectly on a speed rack. The muffins are pretty small so it was a bit of a challenge finding the correct size paper liner.

We use these pans to bake tiny corn bread muffins. They are non stick and work as advertised. One note -- cleaning this item is difficult. They are the same size as a standard sheet pan, but hand washing them is a chore (48 tiny holes to wash out), so you might want to pass if you don't have a square dish machine capable of holding a full sized sheet pan.
This is a great size and not easy to find in local restaurant supply stores, but when I received it, I realized that the holes were very shallow and a normal cupcake liner didn't fit. Webstaurant does sell the specific liners to go with these pans.

Love this pan. It makes it super easy to make mini muffins and cupcakes and it also slides easily into the bun racks. The price was also the best we found.
