Baker's Lane 18" x 26" Blue Heavy-Duty Polypropylene Dough Proofing Box Lid

These lids are so difficult to put on the bases that go with them. I felt like they might just need to be broken in, but its been a month of consistent use with no luck. It takes two people to close slowing us down in every way. I would recommend another product.

The lid adds at least another inch of high so it didn't fit on the storage rack. Trays can be stack on top of each other but no room for air to flow. It just didn't work for me. But is made out of the same material as the box and it a great material very durable.

Not great. The lids to not fit correctly. They arch up towards the corners making it impossible to get a proper fitment (see photos). I would not recommend this product. Very disappointed. The bases seem fine.

I made a mistake only buying 2 when I had bought 4 proofing boxes. I then bought 2 more lids. I really love them. I will be buying 2 more boxes with lids in the very near future. Our bread really raises faster in these rather than the metal bowls we were using.

Quality Product.

Very easy to put on and off the box. Snug fit that doesn't pop off easily unless there is a lot of weight inside. Very deep ridge for stacking these boxes confidently.

Good quality nice and hefty very easy to stack we use them for proofing dough and also storing baked goods occasionally good for the price too,

First time ordering from here, came fast, best price I could find, was as described. Seal was good enough for the 4 days my dough needed to be in there.

This is a solid lid. Fits on top easily and forms a good seal, but is also very easily removed. Easy to clean as well. Perfect for my needs.

Cover is of good quality just like the Proofing box that it goes with, but unfortunately the lid doesn't actually shut in the box. Almost feels like the lid is too big for the box. Right now I just lay it on top to ensure that nothing gets into the box, but probably would be better off without.

These lids ultimately get the job done! I wouldn't trust a lid on the proofing box without weight on top to stay sealed, and they are somewhat difficult to make fit properly. Ultimately, I'm glad to have them, and it's a non-issue for me.
