Make tough cuts of meat easier to slice and to eat with this Backyard Pro Butcher Series GMT-27 27 blade meat tenderizer attachment. Let those manual tenderizers, and the labor that goes along with them, become a thing of the past! Designed to attach to BSG series grinders, this tenderizer has dual 27 blade rollers made of durable stainless steel. These rollers will work out and soften the toughest muscle tissue and result in a much more enjoyable final product.

This tenderizer can handle cuts of meat up to 3/4" thick and 1 1/2" in width. The aluminum body holds up well to the wear and tear of a commercial setting and is also easy to clean. With a simple thumbscrew assembly, this unit breaks down for convenient cleaning as well as storage.

    Very unhappy . I bought the first one in December and by April it was not working right . Got a replacement on May 2nd . Now it's June 27th , and the new one locks up just like the first one . Very low quality nylon gears . The drive gear was sloppy on the input shaft from day one and now it has just enough movement on the shaft to jamb up the gear set
