Equip your kitchen with this AyrKing BBSU3515P28-LOU 25 lb. breading station with auto sifter. This station combines a breading workstation with an automatic blender / sifter machine. It sifts and blends up to 25 lb. of breading in just 60 seconds, allowing you to cut down on time spent hand sifting. The sifter's blending brush action prevents ingredient segregation, ensuring that your breading will be blended and mixed evenly. Plus, it has a rotary auger brush to blend, sift, and eject dough balls simultaneously.

This unit offers quiet, vibration-free operation. The timed 60 second cycle saves energy and allows workers to complete other tasks while the machine runs. To keep breading chilled, this station comes with a removable, insulated 28" ice bath that holds 1/2 and 1/3 size pans. It also comes with a variety of other accessories to get you started.

This station operates using a direct drive, steel geared motor with durable stainless steel fabrication. The sifter is fully enclosed with only 3 internal parts to reduce dust buildup and to provide quick and easy cleaning. This unit is easy to transport and park around your kitchen thanks to the (4) 3 1/2" locking swivel casters. It requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
