Without a doubt, I would highly recommend these Avery Big Tab Write and Erase eight tab white dividers because they can easily be erased and write on smoothly. 8-tab dividers are the best. But the erasable tabs do get eraser marks eventually, so I'd try not to erase stuff too much on them.
