This steamer has been in use by our restaurant for the last couple of months. We use only distilled water (as you are supposed to) and have had no issues. It steams super well. The only problem so far has been the little black clip that holds the water lids shut has broken, however, this doesn't affect functionality.
Broken, not working after this short amount of time it is not heating up. Ridiculous.
