This Avantco 177PSLA52 carriage assembly is a perfect replacement for the one that came standard on your Avantco SL612A, SL713MAN, or SL713A meat slicer. The carriage assembly is a fixed bracket on the back of your slicer that holds the gauge plate firmly in place. If this assembly is damaged it's important to replace it promptly, as failure to do so could affect slice quality and even safety during operation.
