This Avantco 177PSLA32 ejector assembly is a perfect replacement for the one that came standard on your Avantco SL612A, SL713MAN, or SL713A meat slicer. This part holds the sharpener assembly in place on your unit and allows you to remove it for cleaning. This component also houses the mechanism for your slicer's thickness stop, which makes it easy to quickly set the slicer to your most commonly used thickness setting.
