I bought this as a mixing bowl and it is brilliant, good to use, easy to clean, goes in the dishwasher and comes out like new
Mixing bowl was easy to attach, easy to use, pretty self explanatory. It fits inside of normal size kitchen sink making it easy to clean.
Just like the paddle that didn't work on my Avantco 20 qt mixer, this bowl also DOES NOT FIT. Not sure what it would work for. I'm now forced to pay return shipping and a restock fee. This product is misadvertised and should not be purchased.

These bowls are very easy to mount and remove on to my stand mixer. The dough hook reaches the bottom and has worked very well for me sweet doughs.
Professional bowl. Heavy duty commercial quality. Perfect shape for the mixer and cleans easily without staining. This is in no way a low budget product. I love mine. But be mindful it is huge!
Great replacement bowl for our Avantco 20 qt. mixer. This replacement bowl is noticeably lighter in weight than the bowl that came with the mixer. For us, this a plus as we can now weigh ingredients right in the bowl without throwing off our scale be exceeding the max weight.
