Cleans up easy after use. I keep it oiled & wrapped in a paper towel to prevent it from getting dinged. Use it a lot several times per week for nearly a year. Works great. Can put it through a dishwasher, just put it in the silverware slot so that it does not bounce around.

Just a #22 Euro style grinder knife, but seems to be good quality and doing the job. Fast shipping and nicely priced, it was worthwhile to get.

Good knife, nice and sharp. I also bought the Avantco 1/8" plate to go with it. 25 pounds of hot dog mince through it for the first use. I was happy with the grind.
